I worked for Citizens Legal Aid And Advisory Trust from the month of February 2022 to July 2022 as a legal administrator as well as the company receptionist.I worked as the face of the company dealing with clients queries and attending to the company visitors.I was responsible for scheduling meetings and worked as a personal assistant to the company CEO as well.I gained multitasking skills and time management skills at the same time.I would make sure that all client files are in order and upto date.

August 2022, I joined Youpro Contact where I worked as a sales agent from the month of August to January 2023.I was responsible for lead generation and gained much exprience in codecalling and telemarketing as it took me only a month to be promoted to sales advisor.I was responsible for receiving inbound calls as well as sending outbound calls,generating leads that would eventually turn into sales.I learnt how to make targets and meet them.I also got the experience of being in charge and managing team members in making sure my team members made leads and sales.

In the month of January i got promoted to a new campaign that specializes in the legal administration of claims of financial misselling in the UK.That is what im still doing right now.Im responsible for processing letters of claims, rejecting cases that do not meet our criteria and of course accept the ones meeting our criteria.I have gained knowledge in the use of microsoft word,excell and linux through this job.
