Currently I have four years experience in Administrational/Front Desk/ Receptionist duties with two of these years as a virtual front desk/ Insurance coordinator for an international Dental company. Part of my responsibilities include extensive claims administering, welcoming incoming patients virtually, attending to incoming patient calls, scheduling patient appointments, attending to patient insurance queries, conducting outbound patient calls, transferring patient calls to the appropriate departments (Switch board operations), taking minutes during meetings and various office/ insurance administration tasks. I have impeccable reporting skills, both verbal and written. I do not believe nor do I conduct mediocre executions in the workplace thus I am dedicated and I fully apply myself in every task handed to me. Being a Site Manager for a Gas company at some stage and being in charge of the compliance and overall risk assessments for Insurance purposes has cultivated me to be a professional who has a strong ethic of paying attention to detail with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
