I’m a twenty five year old male with a Bachelors Honors Degree in Media and Society Studies from the Midlands State University. I am a dynamic young man with a strong desire to study and grow in all areas of my life. Because most of my accomplishments have been with groups, I am able to function well in a group setting as well as individually. I use innovation and creativity as tools to come up with meaningful and unique answers to problems that are presented to me. I possess critical thinking abilities and delight in applying ingenuity to provide solutions that are satisfactory and goal oriented. As a media practioner ,  I’m able  to  entertain, inform  and educate the  public with the intention of  creating a respectable  and positive image in society .

 

Currently I’m a seasoned outbound call center agent under the customer service department at Omni Contact with a favorable experience on international campaigns (Canadian, American and British) which are characterized by efficient stake holder engagement and communication that aims at achieving the desirable satisfactory results of my assigned tasks. I believe as a customer service representative requires one to be on their toes, always innovative, quick thinker, sharp and also possess good communication skills. Having worked in the customer service sector for two years I have been able to ace these skills working hand in hand with my assigned tasks and also acquired an online certificate in Social Media Strategy from Hub Spot Academy
