Work & Experience
Roles: • Gather and analyse Supply Chain department’s reporting needs. • Creating and managing trackers for Supply Chain KPI tracking and reporting on progress to improve team productivity. • Developing ad-hoc report templates and dashboards for reporting on Supply Chain KPIs. • Supplier relationship management with site visits with a target of 12 visits per month. • Supplier performance monitoring ensuring suppliers get a score of at least 70% in KPIs such as pricing, quality and customer service and agreeing to performance improvement plans for suppliers with performance below 70%. • Monthly category spend reporting and active participation in Supply Chain cost optimisation projects resulting in a 10% monthly operational cost savings. • Supporting and driving process improvements and tracking Supply Chain process automation. • Risk assessment in the Supply Chain department in liason with Risk department • Contract negotiations and updating contract registers and ensuring renewals are done prior to contract expiration. • Management of supplier onboarding process and ensuring the supplier master database is up to date ensuring a 100% compliance with requirements. • Ensure that procurement of goods and services are in accordance of policies and procedures. • Induction training to new joiners on the role of the Supply Chain department.
Roles: • Performance analysis of commercial products and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, gross additions, customers, sim sales, device sales & gross primary sales and dashboard preparations to show trends. • Mining and collating data for daily, weekly and monthly tracking and analysis. • Regional reporting and presentation through collating input from all areas for the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc presentations or reports. • Annual Capex and Opex budget preparations for the region. • Monitoring of customer and revenue numbers per site to manage churn through use of churn management initiatives. • Brand ambassador recruitment and managing brand ambassador out-bound calling team to achieve regional targets. • Monitoring of customer and revenue numbers per site to manage churn through use of churn management initiatives. • Assessing and reviewing market activations impact on regional performance. • Measuring regional staff productivity on all KPIs against set targets and regional stakeholder engagements.
Roles: • Handling of customers and finding solutions to their queries and enquiries amicably while striving for win-win outcomes. • Documenting all queries with turnaround times exceeding ten minutes and ensure resolution and feedback within Service Level Agreement turnaround. • Assisting customers with enquiries and queries on all company products and services. • Promote sales from within and create a favourable impression of the organization to secure a competitive advantage. • Assisting customers with queries on network disconnections so they are reconnected within the set turnaround times. • Ensuring that branch stock inventories are adequate to avoid stock- outs of items available in the main warehouse and ordering stocking using Oracle Systems. • Cross selling and upselling company products to walk in customers and customer engagements.
Roles: • Ensure instant connection onto the network of sim cards replaced. • Assisting customers with queries on network disconnections. • Allocating other services like data, roaming among others to postpaid customers upon approval of their contract applications. • Weekly and monthly stock-take of sim cards inventory.
