Assisting in the planning of workshops and attending the same • Assist in ensuring that records are properly maintained, updated and kept secure. • Generating reports, user forms, memos and other documents as required by the HR department. • Attending to telephone calls and basic office etiquette. • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Coordinating new hire orientations.
