I am a lady aged 24 with 1 year experience in customer care service. Started working in April 2022 at Spare Helensvale, Harare as a meet and greet personal under customer care. My duties were to promote the stores products and services, solve customer queries, advise customers on what to buy, welcoming and greeting customers and thank them for choosing our services. in June 2022, i then started a new job at Telecel Zimbabwe as a call center agent. my duties were to answer calls and solve customer queries, provide product knowledge and the promotions the company has. In September 2022, i then became a service center agent at Telecel Zimbabwe up to present date.
