My name is Charnittah Mtetwa and I am a young and energetic lady fresh out of college and ready to take on the professional world, I have one year of experience in providing exceptional customer support from my internship at Ecocash Holdings. I have a degree in Journalism and Media from the university of Zimbabwe, where I learned the skills and knowledge to produce engaging and effective media campaigns. I am proficient in using various tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Analytics. I am also creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new things in this fast-paced industry.
Education
I am a recent graduate of Journalism and Media from the University of Zimbabwe. I completed my degree in June 2023. I have a keen interest in digital media, social justice and investigative reporting. I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in the media industry.
Work & Experience
As a customer care representative at Ecocash Holdings, I was responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. I communicated with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media, and ensured that they are satisfied with our products and services. I also handled transactions, processed payments, updated records, and escalated issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. I strived to maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues, and adhered to the company's policies and procedures.
