About Candidate
I worked at Chop Chop restaurant as a cashier(2019-2021) and I processed orders, credit card payments, accepting cash payments and making change, and using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions. In addition, I also promoted services and improve customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries. My responsibilities required good communication, numerical, financial and computer skills. I also worked at YouPro Contact (jan2022 to date) where I managed to progress from being a sales trainee to a team leader and my job involves overseeing the performance of the team and contact centre operators. I also provide leadership, coaching and support to the team, and develop plans to achieve the call centre targets.
Education
I am currently studying audit and risk management bachelors degree at university of Zimbabwe. I am currently doing weekend classes so as to balance with my job and i haven't had any issues with that as well.
Work & Experience
My role involved meeting weekly sales targets, objection handling and also guiding the team to progress and also meet their targets.
My role involves training agents on both inbound and outbound campaigns. It also involves monitoring agents key performance indicators and maintaining the company's standards.
