Head Of Business Information Systems Rainbow Tourism Group 2017 – 2021 As a Business Information Systems Head, responsibilities involved advising the Executive Committee and Heads of Departments on Risks, and Opportunities as well as assessing new computing technologies to determine the potential value for the company, strategic systems conversions, and integrations in support of business goals and objectives. The role oversaw all 8 Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in multiple locations in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Recognized for exemplary leadership, business, and technical skills and promoted to General Manager position. The General Manager’s main responsibility included the development of a consistent brand identity for the platform; innovations, maintaining the platform’s online presence; overseeing marketing strategies to engage customers and cultivating a positive view of the company’s products and services.
