An aspiring Chartered accountant, ITC and CTA holder with 2 years working experience in finance and vast knowledge in Financial reporting, Zimbabwe Taxation, and Auditing. I am a young professional who is eager to expand knowledge and experience in finance and accounting. I am looking forward to getting more accounting and finance exposure and ultimately to become a well vested professional accountant.

Work & Experience
Duties performed include but not limited to: • Assist in planning, execution, and finalization of external audits. • Prepare working papers which records and summarise audit procedures performed. • Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports and analytical reviews as necessary. • Communicate engagement progress, findings, and challenges to Audit Managers and Partners. • Detailed review of financial statements prepared by clients for to ensure that they are complying with the International Financial Reporting Standards and other relevant reporting frameworks. • Assist in developing recommendations for corrective improvement. • Drafting audit opinion and other related audit reports to management and audit committee.
• Maintaining complete and proper general ledger accounts. • Assisting in production of monthly management reports and accounts. • Reconciling assigned general ledger and control account. • Preparation of budgets and cashflows for disbursements. • Preparation and submission of Zimra Tax returns • Preparation of internal and external audit schedules • Debtors and creditors reconciliations • Maintaining a cost containment within the company.
• Posting transactions to relevant transactions in the ledger • Statutory payments (NSSA, ZIMDEF, NEC, ZIMRA, STANDARD LEVY) • Maintaining a complete fixed assets register • Assisting in internal and external audits. • Maintaining monthly bank reconciliations. • Raising and solving queries with the banks.
